The health and safety of our clients and team will always be our first priority. In accordance with the very latest recommendations and instructions of the CDC and local governing boards, here’s what to expect with the Covid-19 guidelines in place at our spa:
WEAR A FACE COVERING
Clients are always required to wear face coverings when in common areas.
(Thank you for your consideration and understanding)
USE HAND SANITIZER
We ask clients sanitize their hands upon entering
CHECK TEMPERATURE
Clients are required to have temperature checks upon entering.
(The CDC defines a fever at 100.4° degrees Fahrenheit or higher to be a reason for you to reschedule your appointment.)
COME ALONE
As mandated by state guidelines, group appointments will not be permitted in order to maintain the safest social distancing practices possible by limiting the number of clients within the spa at any one time. Unless you are a parent or guardian, or you require a companion for medical safety assistance. No pets allowed.
ANSWER COVID-19 SCREENING QUESTIONS
Clients will be required to fill out a waiver for visiting the spa.
HOW WE ARE DOING OUR PART
All team members have received advanced training on enhanced hygiene and sanitation standards and protocols.
Additional time will be scheduled between each client in order to fully sanitize and disinfect all treatment spaces by using hospital grade EPA approved products.
As always, all clients will be provided with clean sanitized, robes, towels, disposable sandals and bedcover.
Air purifiers will be placed in the spa.
Ventilation system is implemented in every treatment room.
A deep cleaning and sanitation of the entire spa will be done each night.
Temperature checks at the door for all team members.
All team members will wear face masks at all times.
All service specialists will wear face mask, face shields, gloves and other PPE as necessary when they perform services.
All service specialists will wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds at the start and end of each treatment, will regularly wash and disinfect their hands throughout the day.
Any employee who is feeling unwell will be required to stay home. We thank you in advance for your understanding should this cause any changes to your appointment reservations.
